This event will make use of presentations from experts in various areas of new and traditional media, supported by case studies and practical discussions. The day will provide delegates with advice, strategies and messages that can be taken back to the office and made use of straight away.

Parking near St James's Square
There is metered parking directly opposite the CIPR Public Relations Centre.
Cost: £1per fifteen minutes.
Alternatively, there is an NCP at: Denman Street Ug, 4-5 Denman Street, Soho,
London, W1V 7RE. NCP tariffs are £1.60 per fifteen minutes or a maximum charge
of £29 per day.

Terms and Conditions
Discounts on multiple bookings
Discounts can only be claimed when a booking is made for two
conferences at the same time.
Confirmation
Once we have received your booking, confirmation will be sent by post or email.
Two weeks before the conference you have booked you will receive a final
programme and joining instructions. Payment must be received before any joining
instructions will be issued.
Payment & Cancellation
Full payment must be received prior to the conference for which you have booked.
A receipt for payment will not be issued unless requested. In the event of
cancellation not less than 21 days before the conference, full payment will be
refunded less a 20 per cent administration charge. No refunds will be possible
in the 21 days prior to the conference you are booked onto, but you will be
entitled to send a substitute.
The CIPR reserves the right to alter the programme or speakers for conferences
without notification.
Where practical, speaker notes are included in delegate packs and these are made
available after each conference at a small cost to people who are unable to
attend.
