Conference location
The CIPR National Conference will take place on Thursday 8 November 2007.
The location
London
London is one of Europe's most vibrant, cosmopolitan and exciting cities. At the hub of road, rail and air networks, London is easily accessible with some of the best international travel connections in the world.
The conference venue
Claridge's
The venue for the conference is the legendary Claridge's, Brook Street, London, one of the capital's leading hotels.
Since the end of the last century, Claridge's has been one of London's favourite places for grand celebrations, private dining and business meetings. In the heart of Mayfair, it is close to the fashion houses and jewellers of Bond Street, with Regent Street, Berkeley Square, Grosvenor Square and Hyde Park all within walking distance.
Reception
The President's drinks reception was held on the evening prior to the conference at the CIPR HQ. This Grade II* listed Regency building provides Member facilities, including the PR library, and a venue for hire by both CIPR Members and the general public. Elegant receptions and formal dinners can be held in three of the rooms, as well as conferences and training events.
