52-53 Russell Square are Grade II listed Georgian buildings, the prestigious central London home of the CIPR Public Relations Centre and headquarters of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Occupied by the CIPR in 2009, 52-53 Russell Square provides a combined Member Room and PR Library, venue hire and meeting rooms, and extensive training facilities. Find us on Google Maps.

Member room and library

Our newly refurbished member room and library combine to provide an ideal space for quiet working, study and research at 52-53 Russell Square.

In the heart of London, a short walk from Soho and Covent Garden, there is no need to book - just drop in to use the facilities between 09:00 - 18:00* and take time away from the hussle and bustle to concentrate on the job at hand.

Members are welcome to bring up to two non member guests. For members wishing to bring in guests for meetings there is the option of hiring one of our contemporary, light and variously sized meeting rooms at very favourable rates.

* for after-hours, members can use their membership card to gain free access to One Alfred Place.

Venue hire

Russell Square offers a choice of several contemporary, light and variously sized meeting rooms, many with the latest communication and presentation facilities. Whether you are looking to hold a meeting for a select few, a seminar for 40 or a conference of up to 70 delegates followed by a drinks reception, we have the perfect room or combination of rooms for you to use.

CIPR training

The CIPR's training and development programme is based at the CIPR Public Relations Centre at 52-53 Russell Square. Our extensive, fully equipped training facilities enable us to provide PR practitioners with a broad range of training options designed to develop core PR and business skills and knowledge from foundation to director level.
