A campaign designed to support corporate values on community, social, ethical and reputation issues.

A campaign designed to inform the public policy agenda or influence the legislative process.
8. Not-for-Profit
A campaign based in the charitable and non-commercial sectors.
9. Healthcare
A campaign designed to promote a healthcare issue, product, service or initiative to stakeholders.
10. Integrated Campaigns
A campaign demonstrating integrated use of communications, including marketing, advertising and public relations techniques, to achieve its objectives.
11. Media Relations
A campaign that captures the imagination of targeted media and meets client / project objectives.
12. Best Use of Digital PR
A campaign utilising the web, podcasting, wiki's and other aspects of digital media, including e-publications, to promote client/campaign objectives.
13. Broadcast
A campaign that effectively uses broadcast media to reach target audiences and achieve its objectives.
14. Global Public Relations
A campaign covering more than one country, either based in the UK or originating overseas.
15. Crisis Communications
A campaign demonstrating how a crisis was successfully managed from a communications perspective.
16. Automotive Public Relations NEW
A campaign designed to promote an automotive issue, product, service or initiative to its stakeholders.
17. Best Campaign £10k or Under
A campaign that demonstrates the best use of a budget of £10,000 or less to achieve its objectives.
18. Best Campaign over £10k
A campaign that demonstrates the best use of a budget of over £10,000 to achieve its objectives.
Special awards
19. External Newspaper or Magazine
A magazine or newspaper produced at least twice a year, aimed at an organisation's external target audiences.
20. Internal Newspaper or Magazine
An in-house magazine or newspaper produced at least twice a year, aimed at an organisation's employees.
21. Publication
Any publication produced for an organisation's stakeholders or shareholders, including an annual report, leaflet, brochure, A–Z guide or a similar hard copy publication.
22. Website, Microsite or Intranet
A website, microsite or intranet site produced by an organisation that successfully reflects its aims, objectives and culture, and interacts with stakeholders. No timescale applies to this category and it is not necessary to send supporting material.
23. Event
Any event that meets its objectives and is delivered within budget and on time, including a conference, product launch, specialised dinner, awards ceremony, or any other event designed to meet a campaign objective.
24. Outstanding Young Communicator
Recognising the excellent work of young professionals in all areas of public relations, who make a valuable contribution to the organisations they work for and show considerable promise as future leaders of the industry. This category is for practitioners aged 30 and under on 26 February 2010 and working full-time in communications.
Team awards
25. Outstanding Small Consultancy
This award recognises excellent work by a small consultancy i.e. no more than five people working together.
26. Outstanding In-House Public Relations Team
This award recognises excellent work by an in-house PR team over the past three years.
27. Outstanding Public Relations Consultancy
This award recognises achievements and excellent team work by a consultancy during the past three years.
