Your entry should be no more than 1,000 words and should address the key headings set out in the entry guidelines. These headings vary according to the category you are entering so do check the guidelines for each award you wish to make.
Your entry should be produced as a PDF document and must not contain any artwork or images. (Update)
You also have the additional option of uploading one supporting document. Examples of supporting information could be: press clippings, charts, tables, images etc. This document must be no longer than two pages (except if you are entering Category 12 – Best Use of Media Relations, where you may upload up to 10 examples of media coverage).

Entry deadlines
- Regular closing date: 6pm, Monday 27 February 2012 - The standard entry deadline has now closed.
- Late entry deadline: 6pm, Monday 5 March 2012 - The standard entry deadline has now closed.
Payment and fees
- Standard: £305 + VAT
- Concessionary: £243+ VAT*
- Category 24 – Best Freelance Practitioner: £175 + VAT
- Category 25 – Outstanding Small Consultancy: £205 + VAT.
Late entries will be accepted until 18:00 on Monday 5 March 2012. The late entry fee applies to any entry submitted after the regular closing date and before the late entry deadline.
*The concessionary fee is applicable to all entries made by charity, not-for-profit and public sector organisations.
How to pay
- Payment can be made by debit or credit card via the entry form.
- Invoices can be requested up to one week before the entry deadline date. To request an invoice, please complete the online entry form linked to above. A PO number will be required before an invoice can be raised.
All invoices must be paid in full by 5 March 2012 or entries will be withdrawn**.
