Online conversion
Neevia is an online tool for converting Word documents to PDF. To access, visit the Neevia website. To convert to PDF:
- Select output format: PDF.
- Select compatibility: Acrobat 4.0.
- Select resolution: 300.
- Select your file by clicking the Browse button.
- Choose the Wait for conversion in browser delivery method - there is no need to enter your email address.
- Click Upload and convert.
- Once your file has been successfully converted, right click on the link and select Save target as to directly download your PDF document onto your hard drive.
Local file conversion
If you do not wish to use the above online application, a free plug-in for Word is available. To install:
- Download Primo PDF.
- Follow the installation instructions.
An option is made available allowing you to print your document as a PDF from your source Word document.
