- The CIPR PRide Awards are open to any organisation, company or individual connected to, or working within, the public relations or communications industries outside of Greater London and within the specified regions / nations. If you are unsure about your organisation's eligibility, please email prideawards@cipr.co.uk or visit www.cipr.co.uk/groups for a list of regional groups and the areas they cover.
- All entries should relate primarily to work carried out between July 2009 and July 2010 (except for Team Awards).
- All entries into the Team Awards categories may relate to work undertaken over a three-year period: July 2007 – July 2010.
- All entries must be enclosed in an A4 box file (not a ring binder or paper envelope).
- Box files must be marked with the region you are entering, the category name and number, the entry title and the name of the entrant organisation.
- Do not submit materials that require complex packaging.
- Three copies of the entry form must be supplied in the box file.
- Four copies of the Summary must be supplied in the box file.
- Each entry must be accompanied by payment details or a cheque, as specified on the entry form.
- Please keep your Summary to 1,000 words or your entry may be disqualified.
- Your Summary should be created in MS Word and should contain text only.
- There is no discount for submitting more than one entry.
- The same entry can be submitted in more than one category, but each entry must be submitted separately in its own box file, with a separate entry form, payment etc.
- Discounts are available to special groups in the categories specified in the entry brochure. Proof of eligibility for these discounts must be provided, as requested on the entry form.
- All material submitted becomes the property of the CIPR and will not be returned under any circumstances.

- Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged. Entries should be sent by registered post or courier.
- All shortlisted entrants will be contacted by Friday 17 September at the latest. Shortlisted entrants will be asked to resubmit by email their 1,000 word Summary document in MS Word format (removing any confidential or sensitive information), together with a photograph to illustrate their entry. Summaries will not be accepted in pdf format. This information may be used on the PRide website as a case study.
- Organisations associated with a CIPR 2010 PRide judge may still enter the awards, but the judge in question will not take part in the judging process for the category entered.
- Please note that the judges decision is final and feedback will not be provided.
- Prior consent in writing must be obtained from the subject of any campaign, and from any third party involved in such a campaign.
