8 March 2011 - Communication to play vital role in localisation

Eric Pickles, the Secretary of State for the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) announced the Decentralisation and Localism Bill in December 2010. Should the Bill become law, communication will play a vital role in filling the void between the Government's aspiration and localism happening.
