A Trustee since 2005, John was appointed Chair of iprovision Trustees in January 2010. He is an independent PR consultant. John has worked in public relations and the media for over 35 years and has been active in CIPR, as Scottish Chair, national Treasurer, board and council member.

Pat Gaudin FCIPR (Vice Chair)

East Anglia; Local Public Services

Pat became a Trustee in 2008 and appointed Vice Chair in October 2010. She is an independent PR consultant with over 30 years experience in the local public sector. Pat has been Chair of the CIPR Local Government Group, Council Member and member of the Membership and Professional Development Committees.

Gill has over 20 years' consultancy and in-house public relations experience. She was a board director of Shandwick Communications before moving into the not-for-profit sector. She currently works as a trainer and communications consultant for nfp clients. Gill chairs the CIPR's Fifth Estate nfp sectoral group and is a member of the Professional Development Committee.

Beryl is a former member of Council and chaired the Institute's Training and Development Committee. With senior management/CEO experience of public affairs, corporate communications and marketing in the public and nfp sectors, Beryl is currently a Director of the Civil Service Benevolent Fund, one of the UK largest such charities.

Formerly Chair, CIPR Wales (Contribution to PR in Wales Award, 2007) and Head of Media, Health Promotion Wales & Wales Tourist Board. Established Civitas Cymru (2003), an independent and bilingual consultancy for public affairs & strategic communications in Wales. Member: Public Affairs Cymru, Institute of Welsh Affairs, PR practitioners' association, Cyswllt.

Keith is past chair of the CIPR'S Government Affairs Group. As director of policy and communications at the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Keith lobbies internationally on legal, tax and regulatory matters. He is a member of the EU Expert Panel on the Savings Tax Directive.

Currently CEO of Liquid, a full service communications consultancy with offices in Birmingham, Guernsey, Jersey and London. President of the CIPR in 2008 and current PRCA Council Member. Elisabeth (Lis) is a Governor of Bloxham School, Oxfordshire and has been a Trustee of the CIPR Benevolent Fund since October 2010.

Stuart has more than 30 years' public relations experience working for organisations including FirstGroup, National Express and Greater Manchester Police. He is currently marketing manager with events and publishing company, Expo Management, and editor of b2b tourism magazine, Coach Monthly. He is ex chairman of the CIPR North West Group.

Joanne has worked extensively in the private and public sectors in Northern Ireland as a senior practitioner. A former Chair of the CIPR NI group, she is now a consultant with dcp strategic communication. She won Gold for Best Integrated Communications in the 2008 CIPR NI PRide Awards.

Jane Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer of the CIPR. Jane is a respected communications expert with over 15 years' experience in senior corporate communications, public relations and marketing roles in public, private and not-for-profit organisations.

Jane is the only paid member of the iprovision team. Apart from the day-to-day administration of the fund, Jane receives and replies to applications from CIPR members. Having been through some difficult times herself, she offers a practical but sympathetic approach to potential applicants.
