1. AGM Minutes: Minutes of December 2008 AGM were approved.
2. Annual report: Accepted. Jane briefed new members on the replacement of institutional membership with an events subscription system. An additional six months have been offered free of charge to existing subscription members to recompense for the lack of events during 2009.
3. Annual accounts: Accepted. Justin highlighted the explanatory narrative in the annual accounts. The group recorded a £1,000 profit during 2009, compared to a £4,000 loss in 2008 and a £7,000 surplus two years ago, the group's best year. The key objective for the future is to increase events subscriptions, but that requires more events. Another area of potential is sponsorship, which also requires a more substantial programme of events. Justin volunteered to take on the role of sponsorship officer.
