Freshly Squeezed in Gloucestershire
Friday 24th February
We are delighted to announce that the first CIPR Freshly Squeezed breakfast in Gloucestershire will be held on Friday 24th February 2012 at the Renaissance Restaurant, Gloucestershire College, Cheltenham Campus from 7.45am.
Due to success of Aren Grimshaw's recent sell out social media session in Bristol, the theme for the event will be 'Getting Social Strategically'. Aren is a strategic marketing consultant who specialises in the integration of Social Media theories and practices as part of an organisation's wider marketing approach. He has worked in media and marketing roles with a range of organisations across the south west, in both the public and private sectors. Aren is a regular presenter on the subject of Social Media, marketing and strategy, working with organisations such as Business Link, UKTI and Barclays Corporate to deliver practical content to their clients.
Sarah Pinch, Chair of Committee said:
Making membership of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations real to our members across the West of England is our key objective for 2012. Providing low cost events are what communications professionals in the region have told us they want and we are delighted to announce the hot topic of 'Getting Social Strategically' as our first event in Gloucestershire.
Tickets cost just £5 for members and £10 for non-members (payable on the day). Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. To secure your place at the event and to be added on to the Gloucestershire events mailing list, please email ciprwestofengland@gmail.com.
