Fulfilment of order
Payment must be made in sterling for all orders.
Processing of orders may take up to seven working days. Once the order has been processed, please allow five working days for delivery.
Delivery charges are 15% of your total order. If you are purchasing these publications from overseas, the delivery charge is at cost price; please contact books@cipr.co.uk for the delivery charge.
Returns policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Occasionally though, we know that it is necessary to return items. That's why, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can cancel the contract for the purchase of any item(s) within 7 days of delivery.
To cancel this contract, please send an email to books@cipr.co.uk within seven days of receipt, quoting your name and company name and the date from the delivery slip that accompanies your item(s), giving the reason for the return. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip within 14 days of the date that the item(s) was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s). If we do not receive the item(s) back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item(s) from your residence at your cost.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing).
When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
CIPR member discount information
CIPR members are entitled to 10% discount on titles from the PR in Practice series, Kogan Page Business Books and CIPR associated publications. This offer excludes Reputation and the Bottom Line, the PR Toolkit and Public Relations in Britain, where special CIPR member prices apply.
