The UK Public Affairs council is an independent body that maintains a register of those engaged in lobbying and of the organisations on whose behalf they lobby.
Update
In February 2012 the register was relaunched containing details of organisations and individuals providing lobbying services and the organisations on whose behalf they were lobbying during the period 1 September to 30 November 2011.
