2011 - CIPR's Year of the Student and Teacher

The Chartered Institute of Public Relations expressed its commitment to education by embarking on a year of activity dedicated to students and teachers alike.

The scheme, which will run from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012, aims to boost prospects of PR professionals in the early stages of their career by providing academic and practical support.

CIPR/ Prime student fellowship award

The CIPR and PRIME Research launched a new annual student fellowship award with the overall winner being awarded a six-week placement during the summer at PRIME's Research Centre in Oxford, including accommodation and a £4,000 stipend.

Keep checking here for details of the 2012 award where students and recent graduates will be invited to submit a 1,500 word paper on a select topic by the deadline.
