Tricia is a consultant, trainer and interim manager. An early career in publishing led into PR. She has been managing director of a team of 30 people as well as leading HR and change management roles in large consultancies. In 2002 Tricia set up her own business, working for public and private sector clients and mixing consultancy work with in-house interim assignments.
