Introduction to internal communication

This course provides the basic knowledge needed to work effectively in this field. It explores the role of internal communication as part of the broader communication mix and how it makes a positive contribution to the performance of any organisation. Delegates will discuss the importance of identifying and engaging with different stakeholders and will leave with practical tools they can implement in the office.
