Strategic Management series 2012: the Influence Scorecard

The 'Influence Scorecard' refers to a management framework, a new way to look at the PR and marketing disciplines. Philip will discuss how the Influence Scorecard translates PR and marketing objectives into operational goals, helps communicate objectives and cascade them down to specific groups and individuals, guides the selection of measurement criteria and informs the mechanism for learning from these measures and the adjustment of the influence strategy then required.
