A F Selection was founded in 1988 to provide a more responsive and supportive service to job seekers in PR and marketing.

From the start we have been members of our trade association, formerly FRES, now REC and subscribe to its code of conduct.

We only work with Midlands-based clients and applicants and insist on meeting all our applicants face to face to meet them and view their portfolios at our Nottingham or Sutton Coldfield offices.

We aim, wherever possible, to visit our clients and obtain a detailed brief before putting forward relevant applicants.

We have worked hard over the years to build a professional and honest reputation through our approach to applicants and clients, who have rewarded us by their continued support.

Some of our clients have worked with us from the start and many of our contacts are ex-applicants who have been promoted over the course of time.

The service we offer is totally free to applicants, and only chargeable to clients when and if one of our applicants commences employment with them.

Our introductions are backed by an excellent guaranteed rebate scheme.
