Diversity Means Business

PR professionals need specific skills and knowledge to perform in multi-cultural societies. The messages we send out have to be accurately shaped by considering the diverse range of publics organisations deal with - in the UK and internationally. Businesses can, in fact, be damaged if communication with diverse audiences is incorrectly managed. The CIPR's half-day conference, Diversity Means Business, explored the business case for diversity.
