Following the success of previous events, Bournemouth University is again running a Meet the Professionals evening for PR Students. It will take place at The Retreat (staff common room) at Bournemouth University.
Meet the Professionals events are run in the speed dating style, with students spending a few minutes talking to each professional in the room.
They offer a relaxed environment where professionals can talk informally about their experiences – no matter how you got into PR or what your job involves – and help future professionals think about how they might take their first steps into our industry.
Students are keen to meet freelance, agency and in-house PR professionals working in all sectors whether it's consumer, corporate, financial, public sector, or not-for-profit.
Always fun, these evenings provide an excellent insight into the quality and views of those just starting out. So if you can, spare an hour or so to attend.
Refreshments will be provided and please feel free to bring a colleague. The event is free to professionals and students, and it would help us plan if you could register your attendance by requesting a ticket.
