Following dinner, Jason Berry, Marketing Manager for Colchester United FC, hosted and facilitated a frantic, fast and fun speed networking session. Finally everyone had the opportunity to use the superb "iLab" (Innovation Laboratory) facility to join together and feedback their thoughts and ideas on the evening.
We joined Newmarket Business Association at their summer lunch. Simon Kerins, Auctioneer and Marketing Director of Tattersalls Ireland, was the guest speaker and lunch was followed by an opportunity to tour Tattersalls.
We invited University students to meet CIPR members to find out more about careers in PR, marketing and the media.
The evening featured a presentation, 'Science & Society, the work of the British Antarctic Survey'. A light buffet was served after the AGM and presentation.
