Which grade?
Try our Membership Wizard which guides you through a series of questions to help you work out which grade may be most suitable for you. Or you can read about the membership grades here.

Complete the relevant application form
Complete your application form, sign it and attach a full and up-to-date CV or career synopsis (not required for Student, Affiliate Studying or Global Affiliate grades).

Contact your sponsors
If applicable, contact your sponsors and ask them to sign your application. If you would like help in finding a sponsor please contact us on +44 (0)20 7766 3333 or email membership@cipr.co.uk.

Send your completed form to us
Return your form to the CIPR with your payment details. If you are applying under the group membership scheme please ensure all the applications are sent together and are clearly marked 'group membership'.

Please note that applications may take 3 to 4 weeks to process.

1. Check your course is CIPR approved -  CIPR approved qualifications.
2. Download the student membership application form here.
3. Complete the form, get your course leader to sign it, and return it to the CIPR with your payment.
4. Email membership@cipr.co.uk if you’ve got any queries
