Venue hire, room capacities, facilities and charges
With its marbled entrance hall and beautiful curved staircase, 32 St. James's Square boasts a number of superbly appointed event spaces, many with the latest communication and presentation facilities.
Daytime hire
The popular 10-seat member board room at 32 St James's Square can now be hired by the day as well as by the hour. CIPR members can hire the room for £50 an hour or £350 for a full day and non members £75 an hour or £500 for an all day booking.
The 30-seat Sir Stephen Tallents Room is also available by the hour. This room is perfect for meetings, training and presentations. The member rates are £65 an hour (non members £95); £245 half day (£350 non members) and £350 full day (£500 non members).

The St. James's & Charter Rooms
This ground floor, two-room suite with dedicated cloakroom
is situated off the main entrance hall. The rooms can be used individually or together and retain
many original features. Soundproofed and with state of the art facilities, they are ideal for
presentations. At night the stunning crystal chandeliers and opulent surroundings create a perfect
setting for dinners and canapé receptions.

The Sir Stephen Tallents Conference Room
This is the perfect meeting, training and presentation
room. Completely soundproofed, it can be used on its own or as a breakout room in combination with
the other spaces. Situated on the first floor, the conference room has all the features you need
for a professional meeting or presentation.

CIPR Members' Rooms
The Members' Rooms on the first floor span the width of the building and overlook
the gardens at the heart of St James's Square from the balcony. The rooms are interconnected and furnished
with many antique pieces, making a home-from-home for a reception, intimate lunch or dinner. The rooms
are only available at weekends or weekday evenings. During the week, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm they are
