James Harkness FCIPR, (Chair)
James was appointed as a Trustee in January 2019. James is a founding partner of HarknessKennett, the change and internal communication consultancy and works with organisations on their strategic communications. Previously, James was MD at Banner McBride and Burson-Marsteller, WPP. Prior to this he was Head of Global Internal Communications at The Body Shop International plc. He is also a trustee of Canine Partners.
Mandy Pearse Chart. PR, FCIPR (Treasurer)
A Fellow and former CIPR President, Mandy joined the Iprovision trustees in December 2022. Mandy is a strategic PR consultant, trainer and speaker who specialises in the public sector and stakeholder engagement. Mandy works with a number of bodies developing best practice in communications with professional audiences. She also has a keen interest in research, evaluation and digital developments. Mandy founded her company Seashell Communications in 2012 after leading communications in-house for large, complex public sector organisations.
Lizzie D’Angelo
Lizzie is Deputy Marketing Director at the pregnancy information and research charity Tommy’s and became an Iprovision Trustee in January 2019. She has spent the last ten years working in communications and marketing for national health and children’s charities, including Anthony Nolan and The Sick Children’s Trust. Prior to that, she worked in PR consultancies and in the finance sector. Lizzie is passionate about driving charity awareness and income generation by engaging supporters and beneficiaries through inspiring communications.
Paul Fincham
Paul joined the London Stock Exchange Group as Group Head of Communications in March 2021. He has accountability for the Group’s employee and media relations, and for its external communications strategy - leading a team operating across the UK, Europe, Americas, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. With 30 years of experience, Paul brings an extensive track record of leading communications, brand marketing, and corporate affairs strategies. He previously held senior leadership roles at Aviva, British Gas, Halifax, Lloyds Banking Group and Royal Mail.
Clare Mortimer
Clare is a highly motivated and results-orientated business leader with a proven 20-year track record across a range of communications disciplines. Clare is regarded as a subject matter expert on the banking industry and the retail consumer environment. She was Director of Communications for the retail arm of Lloyds Banking Group, leading the bank’s communication response to the Covid-19 pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis, gaining first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing consumers and the support networks available.
David Hamilton
David is Executive Director of Engagement, Marketing and Communications at the British Film Institute, where he leads marketing, press, brand and corporate communications to grow audiences and public engagement with film and screen culture. He previously sat on the executive board of the NSPCC, leading major UK-wide campaigns across broadcast, digital and media for national campaigns and services, including Childline. Before that, he was an executive at Scouts, where he led an award-winning brand transformation that drove record levels of engagement. David is a former Chair of the PR and Communications Council, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPR, and a Fellow of the PRCA.

Aimee Postle
Aimee is a former PR agency board director and now independent consultant, coach and trainer. For the past 15 years she has honed her skills working with more than 100 PR and marketing clients, lecturing in several universities, coaching multiple teams, and delivering training to membership organisations and trade bodies.
Through her own business, Aimee Postle Consulting, she provides thought leadership and marketing strategy for global and national automotive brands, as well as delivering training content for trade organisations.
Tani Fatuga
Tani Fatuga is a Chartered PR practitioner and Senior Communications Consultant at Hard Numbers, with a Masters in International Public Relations and Global Communications from Cardiff University. A member of the Editorial Board of the CIPRs Influence Magazine and leading on corporate communications strategy for a portfolio of B2B clients, Tani has a wealth of experience in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. Tani is passionate about supporting the PR community through charitable initiatives and impactful campaigns and was appointed as an Iprovision Trustee in August 2024.
Deb Sharratt
Deb was appointed as a Trustee in October 2024. A CIPR Fellow and former Council Member and Group Chair, Deb is an award-winning independent consultant working with public, private and third sector organisations developing their strategic communications. She is also a PR & Marketing trainer, university lecturer, delivers CIPR & CIM professional qualifications and is a qualified apprenticeship assessor.
Becky Williams
Becky Williams (Chart. PR) is Director of Strategic Internal and Change Communications at The University of Bristol. She has more than 15 years working in strategic communication in a range of roles in both the public and private sector with experience across internal and change communications, PR and corporate comms and event management. Becky is passionate about creating great employee experiences through effective communication and making a difference for those at work - helping people work more strategically and coaching teams and individuals to be confident communicators building their influence and impact in the workplace.
Kelly North
Kelly North is the Senior Vice President of Communications for the UK and Europe at Mubadala Investment Company. Since joining the company in 2011, she has held a variety of senior roles, leading diverse teams across sectors including aerospace, real estate, ICT, and energy. Prior to joining Mubadala, Kelly held senior corporate communications roles in both the UK and the UAE, spanning in-house and agency environments.
Kelly serves as the UK Chair of Page Up, the Arthur W. Page Society's community for senior communication leaders. In this role, she is committed to fostering collaboration, promoting professional development, and creating networking opportunities for industry leaders across the UK, driving innovation and growth within the communications profession.
Baroness Olly Grender (Patron)
Baroness Grender is a peer in the House of Lords. Olly’s career has spanned the world of politics, government, the voluntary and corporate sectors. She has run communications operations and campaigns in all four. She previously served as a Trustee of Iprovision, before being appointed as the first Patron of the charity in September 2024. Olly has a particular interest in housing and worked as director of Communications for Shelter for four years.
