We've invited Rachel Miller to join us in the CIPR Inside hot seat for a fireside chat with our Vice-Chair, Nafisa Shafiq, where we’ll be chatting about Rachel’s newly released and much anticipated book: Internal Communication Strategy: design, develop and transform your organizational communication. 
 
A seasoned internal communication expert, Rachel started her career as a journalist in 1999. She spent a decade in-house, before establishing her consulting business, All Things IC, in 2013. 
 
As well as being a Chartered PR professional and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, in 2020, Rachel was awarded the Chartered Institute of Public Relations' President's Medal for distinguished service to Public Relations.
 
Rachel’s thoughts have been featured in a number of best-selling PR and comms books. She has a wealth of IC knowledge which she so generously shares through her popular blog that has over 1800 articles and was established in 2009. And that’s not all…Rachel is also the host of the popular Candid Comms podcast where every episode is packed with inspirational and practical internal communication advice and ideas.
 
In this session we’ll chat with Rachel about her IC journey, her new book and the challenges and opportunities for internal communicators. Come prepared with your questions as you’ll have a chance to ask Rachel for practical advice and guidance on All Things IC.
