This one-day workshop will focus on the importance of internal communication in times of crisis.
We’ll explore how to inform and engage your internal community in a variety of different crisis situations; and we’ll build the strategic and tactical understanding necessary to help you best support your people through a crisis and advocate for the organisation in a meaningful way.

Tactical activity – such as preparing content and crafting messages, choosing spokespeople and selecting channels, listening to employees and addressing questions and concerns
