The Creative Shootout is the
definition of creativity for good, dialed up to the max - and in a live awards
show format.
Top agencies from across the
marketing spectrum come together to solve a problem that a leading charity is facing,
through their creative might. The triumphant agency then goes on to stage the
winning campaign later in the year, and in turn scoops a new client, and is
supported by decent prize fund and a range of brilliant media partners
including the likes of Channel 4 and The Guardian.
Back for its seventh
year in 2024, this year’s charity theme is around ‘The Nation’s Health’, and the
Charity of the Year will soon be announced.
The Live Final, which takes place on
Thursday 25th January 2024, will see eight agency teams (of four) take
centre stage in front of a live audience of several hundred, to respond to a
brief set just four hours earlier by the Charity of the Year. They then have
just eight minutes each to pitch their idea and campaign on the giant stage. It’s a night of creativity, drama and high emotion.
All in a live show format.
There’s no tougher or more rewarding
creative challenge out there!
In this online session with The CIPR,
we'll learn more about The Creative Shootout from the team at Launch, the
agency behind the awards.
Join Juliet Cameron and Fred Chesher
from Launch who will discuss the entry mechanic for agencies, what they look
for from successful entries, this year’s charity partner and what the finalists
can expect from the live final. And …
what the winning agency will walk away with (hint – it's pretty amazing!).
