Critical thinking and effective problem solving are essential skills for communications professionals navigating complex challenges, competing priorities and fast-moving environments.  Across six focused modules, this practical course equips you with structured frameworks and techniques to analyse information critically, challenge assumptions, reduce bias and apply creative solutions with confidence, helping you think more clearly, act more effectively and communicate stronger outcomes to stakeholders.

There are 6 modules to work through, each covering a different dimension of critical thinking. Each module should take 30–40 minutes to complete.
