This part shows how to turn vague or biased ideas into clear, testable problem statements by separating assumptions from evidence.  You’ll learn to use tools like the Ladder of Inference and evidence ladders to check assumptions, strengthen briefs, and ensure decisions are based on facts rather than untested beliefs.

Module 4 take between 20–30 minutes to complete.
