Module 5: Designing better options from a clear problem

This module shows how to turn a clear problem statement into a small set of strong, distinct options instead of jumping to the first solution.  You’ll learn to generate safe, stretch and wild card options, compare them using a simple grid, spot biases, and explain your recommended choice clearly and confidently.

Once you register, you'll have access to the course for six months.  You'll receive a reminder one month before your access expires.

Module 5 take between 20–30 minutes to complete.

On completion, you can log 1 CPD point.
