On Thursday 18 April at 6pm, we will be hosting online an EGM to seek approval for key parts of our proposed governance changes. For members who are eligible to vote, they will receive an email from Mi-Voice, our voting services provider, with a link with instructions and proxy voting forms. All members will be able to vote either by proxy or live during the EGM on 18 April.
 
Proxy voting will allow members based in all time zones to vote. Nevertheless, we also look forward to welcoming you for the live session on Thursday, 18 April 6pm where we will also be answering questions.

Mi-Voice is an independent elections specialist who are assisting the CIPR with our 2024 EGM. For members who are eligible to vote, instructions will be sent on/around 28 March 2024 from [email protected] on how to register to attend the meeting and appoint a proxy. So please keep an eye for this email.
