Measuring what matters

Measuring what matters

Healthcare communications have the power to influence behaviour change and improve health outcomes for patients. Research and evaluation are critical to a successful campaign, however, measuring outcomes can be difficult and often is left as an afterthought.

Join us on Wednesday 26 January, 8.30am, where we will discuss the importance of evaluation in communications, how you can best measure the success of your efforts and hear best practice examples in action.

We are pleased to be joined our panellists:
- Hayat Rachi, Chief Marketing Officer of Askem
- Gemma Moroney, co-founder of Shook
- Ross Wigham, deputy director for Northumbria Healthcare and Chair of NHS Providers #CommsLeads network

This event is free to attend but we would like you to consider making a donation for this event to support our CIPR Iprovision benevolence fund. Iprovision makes a meaningful difference to the lives of CIPR members who have fallen on tough times.
