This course equips you with evidence-based frameworks and practical techniques to handle difficult conversations with confidence, set professional boundaries, and rebuild trust after disagreements. Whether you're navigating a tense client situation or a challenging team dynamic, this course will help you respond — not react. There are 6 sections to work through, each covering a different dimension of navigating conflict. Each section should take 30–40 minutes to complete. Once you register, you’ll have access to the course for six months. We’ll send you a reminder one month before your access expires. On completion, you can log 10 CPD points.
