crisis, social media

During this session, we will be unveiling our second publication, the Crisis Communications and Social Media Best Practice Guide. This comprehensive resource provides essential advice on preparing for and managing crisis communication across social media platforms. The guide takes you through the five key stages of a crisis, from mitigation to recovery, all from a social media perspective.

It also features recommendations for further reading, as well as links to relevant training opportunities and qualifications. By registering for this event, you’ll receive an exclusive copy of the guide ahead of its official release date.

The session will take place on Monday, 28th October at 1:00 PM GMT and will be moderated by Felix Östman, the Network’s Event Manager, along with Katherine Sykes, Co-Chair of the Network and other members of the network. Attendees will also earn 5 CPD points.
