Head Safe: Communicating A Safer Future for Football

In the spirit of Movember, we are excited to host a webinar joined by the Head Safe Football (HSF) team.

The event will highlight strategic efforts to promote safer football practices and reduce the risks associated with heading in the game.

By addressing the dangers of repetitive head injuries, we aim to help prevent chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), a brain disease linked to such injuries. We'll honour the legacy of British footballer Bill Gates (1944–2023), whose contributions inspire our mission to ensure a safer future for generations to come.

The 60-minute webinar will debate best practices in the communication field in contact with international audiences and across public relations professionals.

The webinar will include real-world examples of community engagement in non-profits and the power of storytelling to effectively connect and inspire change.

The webinar is being supported by HEADSAFE who would like to give away a signed copy of the book, "No-brainer: A Footballer's Story of Life, Love and Brain Injury."
