Mental Health Workshop

Mental Health Workshop

On Thursday 18 June, we’ll be hosting a Mental Health Workshop delivered by Joanne Montgomery of Clearvision, in association with Aware NI - an important and timely session focused on supporting wellbeing in what is often a high-pressure industry.

This two-hour workshop, A Different Language – What’s your Story?, takes a practical and personal approach to mental health. It’s designed to help individuals better understand how their experiences shape mindset and behaviour, while providing a framework to support positive change and improved life balance.

Importantly, the two-hour session creates space for honest conversation, helping to challenge stigma and encourage a more open, constructive approach to mental wellbeing both professionally and personally.

The event will take place in Belfast city centre (venue to be confirmed), 9.30am arrival with 10am start. Finishes around 12.30pm.

Tickets are priced at £45 for members and £55 for non-members, with £5 from every ticket donated to Aware NI.
This is a valuable opportunity to step back, reflect, and equip yourself with practical tools to better manage both personal and professional challenges.
