Responding to a crisis with confidence and clarity
Our Crisis Communication on-demand series provides an overview of the different elements when dealing with a crisis through to recovery. The series will give you a better understanding of issues turning into crisis, how to create a crisis communications plan, how to respond to a crisis in an effective manner and more.
This series comes with eight modules. The duration of each module varies and will take an average of 35 minutes to complete. The modules are designed to provide you with tools and resources to help you best manage a crisis.
This course is free to CIPR members as part of our free member training package. The cost for non-members is £37.50 + VAT per module or £250 + VAT for all 8 modules. Once completed, you can log 1 CPD point per module or 10 CPD points for the full series.
