Aisha took personal responsibility for writing and implementing a wellbeing strategy that ensured we met the physical health and mental wellbeing needs of employees, ensuring staff flourished both in and outside of work. This was in addition to supporting her family as their carer throughout the panademic. 

Best IC work - Karen Baker

Create a team to then successful launch an upskilling programme to develop a series of learning paths targeted at a global community of 6500 IT colleagues. This resulted in activating a well targeted, well timed, well executed and impactful communications approach.
