Emma Baker MCIPR is a corporate video producer and director of Comsteria Ltd., a communications consultancy based in Scotland. As well as producing videos for clients she runs regular training in DSLR video, smartphone video, and smartphone photography. Her clients include Zero Waste Scotland, Sport Scotland, SGN, and SSE. Emma is passionate about the fast-changing smartphone technology which is making in-house video production increasingly accessible to PR professionals.
Lorraine is a freelance communication skills trainer and copywriter. She has worked across all sides of the 'words' business – journalism, PR, advertising and creative writing. Before becoming a professional writer, she qualified in audiology, worked in the NHS with deaf and hard-of-hearing people, then trained in performing arts. She has transferred all of these communication skills into her training courses. Lorraine is also the author of five published stage plays and many short stories.
Maud a PR trainer specialising in marketing comms and media relations. Her workshops are engaging and shaped from her account handling experience in consultancies - Richmond Towers, Nexus, Hill and Knowlton and Ceres PR. Her courses are current and reflect the best practice that she gains in leading CIPR’s Professional Certificate and lecturing in public relations at UAL. She has also mentored on Government’s GCS talent programme, Prince’s Trust’s Enterprize programme and is a CIPR mentor.
