Lorraine is a freelance communication skills trainer and copywriter. She has worked across all sides of the 'words' business – journalism, PR, advertising and creative writing. Before becoming a professional writer, she qualified in audiology, worked in the NHS with deaf and hard-of-hearing people, then trained in performing arts. She has transferred all of these communication skills into her training courses. Lorraine is also the author of five published stage plays and many short stories.
Amelia has over a decade of experience working for independent communications consultancies, providing strategic counsel and communications training. She has coached clients to communicate more confidently, persuasively and effectively in a range of situations, with workshop topics including PR; creative and persuasive writing; media, panel and presentation skills; and management and leadership skills. Amelia is also a professional copywriter and communications consultant.
Maud a PR trainer specialising in marketing comms and media relations. Her workshops are engaging and shaped from her account handling experience in consultancies - Richmond Towers, Nexus, Hill and Knowlton and Ceres PR. Her courses are current and reflect the best practice that she gains in leading CIPR’s Professional Certificate and lecturing in public relations at UAL. She has also mentored on Government’s GCS talent programme, Prince’s Trust’s Enterprize programme and is a CIPR mentor.
