She has worked in-house and freelance in the public, private and third sectors managing multi-disciplinary teams covering all aspects of PR from internal comms to campaigns. Her focus on engaging publics and using evidence to drive PR practice has led her from using traditional market research and engagement techniques to developing online engagement, customer insight, data analytics and integrated campaigns.
Jo Field, Chart.PR FCIPR, is the Founder and CEO of JFG Communications, a consultancy specialising in stakeholder engagement, political communications and diversity for the transport, infrastructure and construction sectors. Jo has almost 20 of experience helping companies engage their stakeholders, build advocacy about what they do, and influence public policy. Before founding JFG, Jo worked at Transport for London where she built and led the company’s award-winning stakeholder engagement team.
