Monday 16 June, 10am: 'Introduction to Public Relations'
This webinar provided an ideal introduction to Public Relations for people who are new to the subject and want to know why and how Public Relations works. It provided a definition of Public Relations, explained the different types of PR practice, and explored how effective PR adds value and helps an organisation achieve its goals.
Monday 16 June, 2.30pm: 'Introduction to PR disciplines'
This webinar provided a useful introduction to the different disciplines involved in Public Relations and their roles in an integrated PR campaign.
Ideal for those interested in a PR career but not sure which path to follow, the webinar defined and explained the differences between specialisms including media relations, internal communications, public affairs, crisis communications, investor relations and business-to-business PR.
Wednesday 18 June, 10am: 'Introduction to stakeholder engagement'
Planning and managing an organisation's communication and engagement with its stakeholders is key to any PR campaign. But why is this important and how do you do it?
This webinar provided a helpful introduction to stakeholder engagement, and explored the different ways in which any organisation can engage with its stakeholders to achieve its goals.
