Chair, Paul Wilkinson FCIPR
Paul is the founder of pwcom.co.uk Ltd, a specialist PR, marketing and construction technology consultancy. He has been working in construction industry marketing and public relations since 1987, in-house at Halcrow, Tarmac Professional Services, and BIW Technologies, and as a consultant with some of the sector's best-known names in professional services and information technology. He is also a leading authority on the use of construction collaboration technology platforms, deputy chair of the Information Systems Panel of the Institution of Civil Engineers, and a steering group member of Constructing Excellence and of Construction Opportunities for Mobile IT. A Wikipedian and member of the CIPR's social media panel, Paul is a B2B exponent of social media, having co-founded the built environment social media community Be2camp in 2008.
Vice-Chair, Daniel Gerrella MCIPR

Dan is Head of Communications Asia Pacific for international architecture practice Broadway Malyan.
He is responsible for the development and delivery of the marketing and PR strategy for the APAC region and works closely with the regional board and studios in Singapore, Shanghai and Mumbai.
As part of the global marketing team Dan also delivers a number of international initiatives, with specific focus on brand and digital communications.
He has worked both in-house and in agency, specialising in property and professional services clients throughout his career and has experience delivering a number of multi-channel campaigns in EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Marie-Claude is an experienced communications and policy professional. Having started her career in public affairs consultancy, she moved to a policy role at the Federation of Small Businesses in 2009, before joining the Civil Engineering Contractors Association in 2012. Marie-Claude is Treasurer of CAPSIG and is currently overseeing a group project on the experiences of women in construction PR.
Secretary, Sarah Ball MCIPR

In 2010 Sarah set up Balls2 Marketing, a specialist PR and marketing agency with its roots in construction and glazing, with Andy Ball. Sarah is an accredited CIPR practitioner and works as Client Strategy Director. The fast growing agency has been a finalist in the CIPR PRide awards three years running and hosts an annual Cheese and Ale event for CIPR Midlands.
Sarah started her PR career at a specialist agency in glazing. This was followed by an in-house role as Communications Manager for Synseal Extrusions, a plastic extrusions company for windows, doors and conservatory roofs. Sarah is well known in the industry and runs PIGS, the networking group for People in Glazing.
Sarah is also an advocate for art centre and independent cinema, Derby QUAD. Through this she has volunteered at the FORMAT international photography festival and Dementia Friendly screenings.
Jo is the Founder and Managing Director of JFG Communications, a boutique agency specialising in stakeholder engagement, public affairs, policy and gender diversity, especially for the transport and infrastructure sectors.
Before founding her own agency, Jo was Head of Campaigns, Communications and Engagement at Transport for London (TfL), where she built the company’s award-winning stakeholder engagement team.
Jo is an expert in creating innovative ways to connect people and policymakers. She helps companies engage their stakeholders, build advocacy about what they do, shape their ideas, and develop and influence policy.
Jo has a 15-year track record of success in developing and delivering communications strategies, public affairs and stakeholder engagement campaigns, policy development, crisis communications and protecting corporate reputations.
Jo is an experienced board and committee member, and sits on a number of non-profit boards.
As well as being a member of CIPR, Jo is a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation; an Associate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers; and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
Sally is an accredited CIPR practitioner with 15 years’ experience in public relations and public affairs across all aspects of property, including commercial, residential, social housing and investment. She has worked in a diverse range of in-house and agency roles, from blue-chip consultancies such as Colliers International and MSCI to FTSE100 developers like Hammerson.
In her spare time, Sally is also a trustee at the New Charlton Community Association, a small, independent charity in south east London, providing support on event planning, PR and social media.

Catherine is managing director of public affairs specialist Curtin&Co. She has run community consultation and communications campaigns for housebuilders, strategic land promoters, renewable energy providers and retailers across the country. Catherine also specialises in crisis management, having run training programmes for multi-nationals, as well as encouraging senior management in firms of all sizes to focus greater attention on the need to enhance brand reputation.
Other committee members
Max joined the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) in 2015 where he manages the PR, public affairs and policy of the London and South East region.
Before he joined ICE, Max worked at an agency in the City providing corporate affairs services to a range of clients in the aviation, property and hospitality industries.
Max has experience in politics and public affairs and has previously assisted London Assembly Members in City Hall, worked for a US Congressman in the House of Representatives and managed a Conservative candidate's campaign in the 2015 General Election.
