The law has changed and since 6th April 2017 employers in Great Britain with more than 250 members of staff are required to annually publish gender pay and bonus data. The reporting deadline was 4th April 2018 (30th March 2018 for public sector employers).
As the largest companies in the country will be required to publish their data this presents potential challenges to public relations teams. This paper explains how to comply with the new regulations, the importance of communicating this data clearly and the opportunities this presents.
