With increasingly flexible ways of working becoming the norm, we have put together the following resources to help individuals and managers successfully navigate maternity, paternity and adoption leave in line with current legislation to ensure a positive return to work and health work/life balance.

NB As of 2014 CIPR members who take maternity, parental and adoption leave for a period of no less than 12 weeks, will have access to our "Managing your maternity leave package".
