Effective communication can be the critical factor that makes the difference between success and failure. As a Fellow of the CIPR Jonathan is a vastly experienced public relations professional and works alongside a wide range of organisations for over twenty years helping them to tell their stories. Those stories might be around the good news, success, innovation, the launch of new companies and products for example but they might also be about scandal, incidents, closure and redundancy. It can also be about translating complex technical concepts into a language an audience can understand.
Jonathan has worked in the fields of Media, Presentation and Crisis Communication consultancy and training with clients from the public, private and charity / voluntary sectors. The training he provides is tailored to individual participants and their organisations, helping them to communicate effectively under a variety of challenging circumstances. His training programmes bring Jonathan’s real world experience into the learning, enabling people to focus on what is important in communication management and delivery – and what works!
As evidence of his commitment to professionalism he has been in membership of the CIPR since 1995 and has headed up Positive Impact Communications & Training Limited, a specialist communications consultancy, since 2002. He acts as a crisis management consultant to several organisations including those from the food and drink sector, education, the NHS and the airline industry.
