This one-day workshop will show you how to create high quality, compelling content across a range of media, including websites, blogs and social media channels. CIPR trainer Colin Kelly is a former BBC journalist who regularly works for BBC Radio Scotland and Radio Clyde. His training courses have a modern, highly relevant edge.
It is a hands-on session, so bring your laptop and take part in practical exercises, with coaching and feedback from a highly experienced professional. The session will be tailored to the participants. You will also learn from case studies and examples of good and bad practice.
Discover the various writing structures, and when and where to use them. Colin will explain headlines, intros and calls to action, and cover the basics of search engine optimisation to help ensure that your writing is found on the web. He will also explain how material can be repurposed and used across a variety of formats.
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their online writing skills and for communication professionals responsible for content management and producing copy.
