Data led communications – how to effectively use data

Data led PR is becoming increasingly popular and is an effective way to communicate your messages. More frequently journalists and other influencers are requesting facts and figures to supplement and support stories. In a data led market it is more important than ever to get the facts right.

In our second CIPR North East event of the year we are bringing together Ian Thomas, Senior Research Manager at NGI Solutions and Jo Darby, Founder of Voice in the Room, to share their expertise in gathering data and using it to craft stories.

Ian will discuss tactics for gathering data, the importance of getting data right, and how to correctly interpret it. Jo will go on to speak about how you can find your voice to craft a story and support an organisation’s narrative in order to effectively communicate your key messages to your audience.
