We share your personal data with third party suppliers for administration purposes only. Data is supplied securely and written agreements exist with these parties to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with the CIPR data protection policy.
We share your information with CIPR regional, national and professional practice groups for the purposes outlined in this policy.
In some instances we use third party hosting sites to collect and process your personal data. The CIPR Member Directory – affecting CIPR members only
CIPR members are listed in our Member Directory, accessible only to members. When you apply for CIPR membership, you have the opportunity to opt-out of having your contact details published.
You can change these privacy preferences at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or via your MyCIPR page online.
All updates to Member Directory privacy preferences will be processed within 10 working days.
We use small files known as 'cookies' to enhance your experience of the CIPR website as follows:

Accessing your information
You have the right to access a copy of the personal data that we hold on you. To submit a full subject access request, please send a £10 fee and a written request to the Data Protection Officer, CIPR, 52-53 Russell Square, London WC1B 4HP.
