Discover how to work smarter, collaborate better, and focus on what really drives impact.  This two-day course explores Agile methodology – a proven approach from the tech world – and shows how it can transform the way PR and communications teams plan, prioritise and deliver.  Gain practical tools, fresh insights, and flexible frameworks tailored for real-world PR challenges.

Participation in the course will provide you with the knowledge to:

• What does it mean to be Agile, and why is it effective for PR and Comms pros
• Embracing Agile retrospectives in a PR and comms context. Collaboratively exploring what is going well, what is holding us back, and how to move forward positively on a project or process.
• Goal setting: understanding how we deliver value in our roles and teams. How do we focus on the activities that make a difference, instead of firefighting or duplicating efforts
• Planning and managing capacity: How to respond to change whilst delivering your PR plan.
• Agile mindset and personal productivity: How to win the day in our busy comms roles.

Visual workflow: Expect colourful post it notes, collaborative comms planning, games and exercises. Agile is all about bringing your work into the open.
